7-way heavy duty trucking sockets. Split pin-2 hole mount socket with breaker. Only solid pin sockets meet and exceed all SAE J560 standards* . Floating pins for ease of alignment and maximum contact. Will accept the widest range of wire gauges, from #16 wires to #8 ground wire. Self grounding (die-cast only). Optimum slant mount and drain n slot rid housing interior of accumulated moisture. Stainless steel spring. Recommended mounting hole = 2″ Dia. 40 Amps continuous duty @ 6-28 VDC
