This mandrel is made with a steel shaft, threaded slotted screw, and retaining washer, engineered to hold Type 1 and Type 27 cut-off wheels with 3/8″” arbor holes. It is specifically designed for use with 3″” and 4″” diameter wheels (up to 1/4″”–3/8″” thickness) on high speed rotary tools
