This surface conditioning disc is composed of non-woven synthetic fibers impregnated with aluminum oxide abrasive and is equipped with the Roloc™ quick-change attachment system. It is specifically designed for medium-duty cleaning, gasket removal, deburring, and surface conditioning applications. The Roloc™ system allows for fast, easy disc changes with a half-turn twist-on and twist-off mechanism. This disc provides consistent cutting action for removal of cork or paper gaskets and form-in-place liquid gasket materials, commonly used in powertrain assembly.
