BR4-2AADL (part number M40214) is a large-flange aluminum blind rivet in the AB4-2A series with an all-aluminum body and mandrel. It has a nominal diameter of 1/8-inch (0.125 in / ~3.18 mm) and a grip range of 0.063-0.125 in (≈1.60-3.18 mm). The large flange head provides increased bearing surface, especially useful for fastening soft or brittle materials and when the hole is slightly oversized, improving load distribution and reducing pull-through or surface damage.
