The DBAC12-5/16 aircraft extension drill bit features a 5/16″ diameter with a 12″ overall length, engineered to provide extended reach in hard-to-access drilling applications. Constructed of high-speed steel and finished in black oxide, it delivers enhanced heat resistance and longer tool life. Its 135° split point ensures quick starts without walking and reduces thrust load. Jobber-length flutes make it suitable for general-purpose drilling in steel, aluminum, and other metals. Meets NAS 907 Type B standards.
