Constructed with AL46N aluminum oxide grain, this extra-thin 0.045″ wheel delivers fast, clean cutting while minimizing material loading—an issue common in soft metals. The resin bond system is optimized to reduce heat buildup, and the wheel is fully reinforced with fiberglass mesh to meet safety standards at speeds up to 10,200 RPM. Its depressed center design allows for better clearance in flush or angled cuts.
