Description
The Curt 51498 is a 7-way RV blade function test box designed to simplify diagnosis of trailer wiring and brake controller performance. It plugs directly into the vehicle’s 7-way socket to test battery voltage, brake voltage, and signal circuits (turns, taillights, reverse). Using a built-in volt meter and a magnet-based current meter, it measures brake controller output — even without a trailer connected — and includes a 20 ft cable for single-user, in-cab testing.
