This slotted spring pin, also known as a roll pin or tension pin, is a hollow cylindrical fastener designed for press-fitting into drilled holes to secure components together. Made from hardened high-carbon spring steel and zinc-plated for corrosion resistance, it features a nominal diameter of 1/8″ and a length of 3/4″. Its spring-loaded design prevents loosening under vibration or stress, while chamfered ends enable easy installation.
