This slotted spring pin, also known as a roll pin or tension pin, is a hollow cylindrical fastener engineered for press-fitting into drilled holes to join or retain components securely. Constructed from hardened high-carbon spring steel and zinc-plated for superior corrosion resistance, it has a nominal 1/8″ diameter and a length of 1-1/2″. Its self-locking tension design prevents loosening under vibration, while chamfered ends ensure easy installation.
