A fast-drying semi-gloss lacquer formulated for indoor and outdoor use on wood, metal, plastic, and wicker. Seymour Spruce 98-38 delivers a rich, durable black sheen that resists weather, abrasion, and many household chemicals. It dries to the touch in about 5 minutes, is ready to recoat in 20 minutes, handles intermittent heat up to 250 °F, and covers up to 15 sq ft per 12-oz can. Not gasoline resistant; prime bare metal surfaces for best adhesion performance.
