Seymour 16-828 is a fast-drying, general-purpose black aerosol primer designed for metal, wood, and fiberglass surfaces. It offers excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, and heat tolerance (up to 250 °F), creating a smooth, sandable base for lacquer, enamel, and acrylic topcoats.
