High-strength JIC 37° Flare-Twin® hex head plug engineered for sealing 1/4″ flared tube connections in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Features a 1/2″ hex head for easy wrench installation and removal. Built to withstand high vibration environments and provide a secure, leak-proof seal. Manufactured from durable steel and compliant with ASA, ASME, and SAE standards. Suitable for use in a wide temperature range from -65°F to 400°F (-53°C to 204°C) and compatible with copper, brass, steel, aluminum, and other flared tubing.
