This zirconia resin fiber disc is designed for aggressive grinding applications on hard metals. It is constructed with premium blue zirconia abrasive grains that feature a self-sharpening characteristic, allowing the disc to maintain cutting efficiency throughout its lifespan. The resin bond provides excellent grain retention and heat resistance. Compared to aluminum oxide discs, this disc runs cooler, cuts faster, and can deliver up to twice the life, making it ideal for demanding grinding tasks on hard materials such as stainless steel and tool steel.
