Alfa Tools TF8002 Mega FoamCut® is a high-performance threading and cutting foam delivered via a 2 oz aerosol sprayer. It uses a chemically engineered foam carrier to penetrate into cutting zones, providing cooling, lubrication, and reduced friction without excess runoff. It is compatible with ferrous and nonferrous metals (including Inconel and Hastelloy) and is designed for tapping, drilling, reaming, boring, milling, broaching, and trepanning operations. Its precise aerosol delivery ensures longer tool contact and improved finish while extending tool life.
