Description
This reamer is made from super high-speed steel (SHSS), specifically designed for enlarging and aligning existing holes in structural steel erection, automotive, truck, and trailer manufacturing and maintenance. It features a 1/2″ straight shank with three flats to ensure secure chuck grip. The reamer has a black oxide coating and gold finish to enhance corrosion resistance and reduce friction during use. It includes a built-in collar that prevents overpenetration and facilitates deburring of welded and punched holes. The overall length is approximately 6-9/16 inches, with a cutting diameter of 0.652″ and a cutting length of about 4-1/4 inches.
