This surface conditioning disc is composed of non-woven synthetic fibers with aluminum oxide abrasive and features the Roloc™ quick-change attachment system for fast and secure installation. It is designed for medium-duty cleaning, gasket removal, blending, and surface preparation applications. The disc’s quick half-turn twist-on, twist-off mechanism ensures rapid disc changes to maximize productivity. This disc is especially suitable for removing cork or paper gaskets and form-in-place liquid gasket materials during powertrain assembly or repair.
