Description
This reamer is made entirely from super high-speed steel (SHSS), designed for enlarging and aligning existing holes in structural steel erection, automotive, truck, and trailer manufacturing and maintenance applications. It features a 7/16″ hex shank with a left-hand helix to provide secure chuck engagement and efficient chip evacuation. The reamer is coated with black oxide and finished with gold to enhance corrosion resistance and reduce friction. The overall length is approximately 7-1/4 inches, with a cutting diameter of 1″ and a cutting length of approximately 4-9/16 inches. This tool is optimized for heavy-duty, precise hole enlargement and alignment.
