Helically wound stainless steel, for strong threads in weak materials. Repairs damaged threaded holes. Reinforces threads which may be subject to failure. Usable on cast iron, steel, copper, aluminum, zinc, magnesium, most plastic compounds and wood. Meets or exceeds most applicable specifications, including MS122076 series, 124651 series, 21208, 21209, 33537, mll-1 8846 and mll-F-5577. Easy way to change from inch to metric threads. Provides stronger more efficient threads.
