12-24 volt tester. Fasten ground clamp, push forward on sleeve collar. Hook wire. Pull back on collar with thumb. Probe will pierce insulation. If circuit is live, handle will light. Hole in tip also allows use as probe tester. Just pull back on collar. Operates with one hand. Pierces toughest insulation. Long nose reaches where fingers can’t. Hangs on wire, freeing both hands. Break resistant plastic. Heavy duty ground clamp. 44″ of 16 gauge wire. Completely insulated. J-121-22 bulb for 24V and J-121-18 bulb for 12V.
