Lisle wire terminal tools are designed to remove wires from terminals without damage to either. Designed for Pack-Con and Weather-Pack terminals on GM C3 systems. Tool can also retrieve trouble codes from engine computer on GM vehicles with ALDL (Assembly Line Diagnostic Link).
