We have a credit application to fill out for an open account or you can open an account on a credit card or cash basis.

Can I walk in and buy parts at your Auburn Hills location?
We have a will call counter to walk in to pickup and order products.

Do you keep common items like fuses, terminals, and wire in stock for same-day pickup?
We stock over 10,000 products, including common items such as fuses, terminals, and wire.
Do I need to place an order in advance before coming for pickup?
No, but it always helps if you’re in a hurry!
How fast can you get me a part if you don’t stock it?
Lead time depends on the supplier and manufacturer, with every product being different. Typical lead time is 7-10 days.
Do you offer curbside pickup?
Pickup is done at our will call counter only at this time.
Can I pay at the counter or does everything run through accounts?
You are welcome to pay ahead whether you have an open account or not!
What is your order minimum?
Our order minimum is $25.00. However, consideration is given for less than minimum order in specific situations. Ask the sales representative for more details.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship nationwide?
At this time, we ship to the United States and Canada only.
What carriers do you use?
We ship out daily via UPS, but also occasionally use Fedex, USPS, and common LTL carriers.
What’s the cutoff time for same-day shipping?
If an item is in stock, cut off time is 2pm EST.
Do you ship directly to job sites or multiple locations?
We can ship anywhere the carrier will deliver to.
Can I request expedited or overnight shipping?
Absolutely. If you are shipping UPS, you can request any of their expediting services. Other carriers will depend on them.
Can I track my order online?
Tracking numbers can be found on your Invoice or given by customer service which you can use to track on the UPS website.
Inventory Management
How does your inventory management system work?
Our inventory management system is monitored by usage.
Can you monitor my parts usage and automatically replenish?
We have sales reps that can manage inventory and usage on site.
Do you offer consignment programs?
We do not offer consignment programs.
Can I set up scheduled replenishment deliveries?
We accept blanket and future orders to ensure timely delivery.
Do you keep customer-specific stock?
If a customer requests stock, we are more than happy to keep it for them.
