SWAT’s Shipping Policies
Lead Times
- ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS (when product is available)
- Most orders are shipped same day
- Back orders are shipped the same day we receive the product
- Orders are shipped ground unless authorized to change
- Our primary carrier is UPS
- Our secondary carrier is FedEx
- LTL is used when required
- Air service is available upon request
Shipping Charges
- SWAT prepays the shipping costs and will bill to the customer invoice
- SWAT honors all manufacturer’s warranties
- SWAT will replace damaged or defective products as soon as possible
- Must obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization). **We will not accept returns without an RGA Number**
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge
- NO returns for Special Order items
